But 10 to 15 years from now, millions of baby boomers will retire. Instead of putting money aside for their old age, they will begin cashing in. It stands to reason that this will reduce the demand for stocks, real estates, mutual funds, etc. This is just basic economics, lower demand means lower prices. Hence, those peaks from markets in real estate, stock, mutual funds, etc. can no longer be sustainable. A crash will inevitably happens sooner or later. However, people are choosing to be ignorance of their financial education and losing control of their financial destiny as they work harder each day chasing after that rat race.
He believes that the only solution to financial disasters is to start being responsible for their own financial planning and education is the best solution before they are victims of those "Great Falls" of the bear markets.
